Refund Policy – Wave Surge LLC

At Wave Surge LLC, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with our software development and 

consulting services.

1. Project-Based Services

Refunds are not applicable once a project has entered the development or design phase.

Partial refunds may be issued for cancellations before work commencement, minus administrative fees.

If a project is terminated due to non-performance by Wave Surge LLC, a fair partial refund will be processed after assessment.

2. Subscription or Maintenance Plans

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.

3. Digital Deliverables

Since our products and deliverables are digital and customized, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe an incorrect charge was made, please contact contact@wavenord.com

within 10 business days of the transaction.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any project or service for breach of terms or misuse.
